Background:

The UroLift® system is a revolutionary approach to treating an enlarged prostate. They had managed to reach this much traction simply via exposure at conferences, word of mouth, and medical professions recommendations. Myself and my creative team were invited to collaborate with them on a campaign that spoke directly to prospective patients; making UroLift the treatment that they ask for when visiting their Urologist.

Outcome:

Before any creativity could be executed, I built a full research and marketing strategy proposal for the client. In it I identified two main considerations 1) UroLift has a very specific demographic so it was critical for me to define the buyer persona and 2) We were dealing with a medical condition that can be considered as a sensitive topic, therefore needed to be handled with the appropriate tone of voice.

As a result, we delivered a regional campaign which was based where they currently had the least referrals, we introduced a new interactive tool on their existing website (Find A Physician), and also used local radio as a new marketing touch-point.
